Talentraters.com provides its Website Services on a commercially reasonable basis and does not guarantee that user and/or users will be able to access or use the Website Services at times or locations of their choosing. Specifically, Talentraters.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue temporarily the Service (or any part of the Service) with or without notice. If there are any commercial terms between the user and hired service provider, i.e. if a particular amount is involved in the service, intimation will be given to both the user and service provider so that they can come to a solution by mutual understanding. There are numerous ways to purchase goods or services from TalentRaters and they are as follows Sponsor Me Activation ($.99), merchandise via the TalentRaters Merch Market, contest registration fees, mp3 sales (83/20% split where 80% goes to the talent after internal mandatory gateway fees), online tickets, and our newest and most exciting service of hiring talents through the TalentRaters site.
Customer Satisfaction and Refunds Policy
Customer Satisfaction is highly important to us.
If you are not happy with your purchase or any part of the service that we have provided, please contact us to discuss the problem before leaving negative or neutral feedback or low detailed service ratings.
We aim to please and will do our very best to resolve any issue. TalentRaters wants you to be satisfied. However, if you need a return or a refund of the payment you made from our service(s), we are here to help you.
If you are dissatisfied with your hiring services, you may enter into arbitration, but please keep in mind that arbitration fees will be at the expense of the Talent and the Talent Seeker involved. The following is a link to a 3rd party arbitration company that we recommend:
TalentRaters shall not be liable for any hiring decisions that Talent Seekers make, so please take the necessary steps to ensure that you are happy with your hiring decision. On the other hand, Talents should also take the necessary steps to ensure they are comfortable working for the Talent Seeker interested in hiring them.
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, the server on which our site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, Talentraters.com may take such action as Talentraters.com deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website, and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
We will not be liable for any losses or damages caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

All Talents posting their videos, mp3's, URLs, and pictures to the to the TalentRaters.com website grants consent to TalentRaters®, Inc. to share their posts in all social media as well as any other sites where. Individuals selected by TalentRaters or our staff to be featured in the TalentRaters or TalentRaters blogs, which includes completing a TR Talent Questionnaire or conducts a telephone interview with one of our writers gives full consent to have their blog write-ups posted to the TalentRaters.com and TRMAGZ.com websites. Once posted, all content associated with the blog publication becomes the property of TalentRaters and TalentRaters holds complete editorial writes.
TalentRaters® content is posted or channels bearing the TalentRaters® name as a means to increase their exposure.
TalentRaters®, Inc. reserves the right to delete accounts that have been inactive for a period of 6 months to 1 year or longer in order to free server space for active participants. These include accounts without completed profiles and those that have shown no participation in the site.

TalentRaters (TR) MAGAZINE
TR MAGAZINE is intended specifically for professional Artists and Talents. TalentRaters has full editorial rights over the magazine. We may offer Artists and Talents the opportunity to provide edits to the digital blog up until the time of publication and thereafter. However, those Artists and Talents being featured in the official online digital magazine and especially in the printed version, suggestions for edits will only be allowed until one week prior to release which is the 1st of every month. This also includes early magazine releases. Once the magazine is released any and all parties associated with the publication of the magazine including artists, talents, family members, photographers, videographers, etc. cannot make any edits whatsoever to the magazine.
A TR MAGAZINE cover agreement ensures that the artist's magazine cover spot and moth are secured. In order for this cover agreement to be binding it must be signed by both the artist and TalentRaters. If the artist is under the age of 18, the cover agreement must also be signed by the artist's parent or guardian. Cover agreements are optional, but failure to enter into a cover agreement may result in bumping if necessary. TalentRaters reserves the right to shuffle cover artists to different months as necessary only when cover agreements have not been secured by the artist(s).
